If you are a regular reader to this site (Yes there are regular readers!) Then you will have probably noticed that there has not been much activity on this site since the start of the new season, even though I said to myself this would be my most active season yet! However due to a number of factors including College/ Work life and the inception of RoversChat who I have been happily writing for (Go and follow them by the way if you don't already they do great work with loads of great Rovers fan writers) I have realized that I am putting all my time and writing about Blackburn Rovers for RoversChat and that everything story about Blackburn is coming straight from them. So there's going to be a few changes around here!
First off I am going to get back into writing on this site, I have managed to free up a lot of time where i will be able to commit to this site and I am going to use that time for this site and this site only.
I am going to continue writing for RoversChat because I love what the group are doing and can see the group doing big things in the future, which means that this site is not going to be all completely Blackburn Rovers. There will still be pieces on Blackburn and the site will still be RoversReports becuase I love them to much to just stop but there is going to be more of an international feel.
RoversReports is going to go global. I love European football, i watching it I love talking about it but I have never written about it, so starting November 1st if not slightly earlier there is going to be articles on the biggest stories from around Europe and the world which may not get as much coverage here in the UK. The German league, the Spanish league, Italy, France and the rest of Europe will all get stories. And my aim is to reach a wider audience of not just Blackburn fans but fans of teams across the globe who want to start hearing more from there league or club.
Also I am going to start blogging about Amputee football. This is a sport which deserves much more recognition than it has and deserves to be bigger than it currently is. Over the last year I have had the privilege of going to places like Manchester City's training center, Birmingham and even St Georges park to watch and write the day reports for this fantastic sport, going with a friend who referees on sport I will be writing about the League, Tournaments and hopefully some interviews with players to open up sport to a bigger audience.
So there you go, not only am I still going to write about Blackburn from time to time but i am going to write about global leagues and even amputees football. There is a lot to come from this site in the coming months and years so watch this space!
